A stray kitten was rescued from the tracks at Joondalup Station last week despite an estimated twelve trains travelling along those same tracks.
The kitten was rescued after being spotted by some Transperth drivers.
The team from Transperth explained in a Facebook post, “They say cats have nine lives… but we reckon this little guy has a few more up his sleeves.
“Last Thursday, this tiny stray kitten ended up on the tracks at Joondalup Station, much to the shock of our drivers who were all quick to call it in to the Train Control team.
“The team didn’t know what to expect when they arrived on the scene, as an estimated twelve trains had already travelled on the very same tracks that the kitten was sitting on by the time they arrived. Luckily for TC (named after the team who saved his life) he was rescued in the nick of time and is now in the care of one of our staff members and his family. As you can see by the pics, TC is feline pretty fine with how everything turned out!”
These picture are too cute!
