Keen viewers of The Shark Tank would have seen this week's episode and possibly recognised a #Perth success story that's really starting to take off.
Perth boy Marc Berryman went on the show last year to garner interest in his invention, Rhinohide.
For the uninitiated, let's go straight to the Rhinohide website
Rhinohide is a temporary, yet fully reusable paintwork protection system that attaches to the exterior of 4x4s in a matter of minutes using high-strength magnets.
Anyway, Marc was indeed successful (well, it’s a brilliant idea after all) and thanks to the backing of sharks Glen Richards and Andrew Banks, is now taking on the world...
Right here from little old #Perth.
It's fair to say that the Shark Tank appearance has had a positive impact on Marc's journey with Rhinohide. Before the show, he had sold three units.
In the last four months alone, they've now sold over $250K worth of units. They also have multiple designs now available for the multiples of 4WD and all terrain vehicles this sort of product was invented for.
We love it when the tales of #Perth success stories get told. Here's hoping Rhinohide has more success to share with the world and put Perth on the map.
