Without paying too much (hopefully)

If you’re a West Coast fan looking to get across to Melbourne for the grand final against Collingwood, you’ve probably noticed prices are already silly to fly across the Nullarbor.

That doesn’t mean everything is lost, however.

A group is putting on a charter coach for a $650 return fee — you can get on to their Facebook page here for contact details.

Another group is putting on a charter flight called ‘Eagle Air’, but appears to be sold out now.

You can go on their waiting list if anyone pulls out.

Hype Tours is doing their Hype Flight again, with a return charter flight for $1450 (accomodation and match ticket not included).

It leaves Friday at 8.45am Perth time, and departs Melbourne on Sunday at 1.45pm.

Of course, the option to do the 3,400km drive to Melbourne is always there, but you might want to leave soon — it takes roughly 35 hours of driving time.

With petrol costs it’s likely to cost around $700 to make the journey.

The other option is to sit on Sky Scanner trying to keep an eye on the cheapest flights.

Good luck and go Eagles!
