A man has been charged after allegedly turning on a speed camera operator after getting flashed in Kewdale.
It's alleged a 46 year old man was clocked travelling at 65 kilometres an hour in a 50 zone along Gabriel Street, near Knutsford Avenue.
Police say he returned to the scene a short time later and told the camera operator to delete the image.
He took off again before allegedly returning with a rock and continued to make threats.
Police attended and he was arrested.
The Cloverdale man has been charged with threats to injure, endanger or harm any person and being armed in a way that may cause fear.
He is due to appear in the Perth Magistrates Court on Tuesday 6 February 2018.
