Search Continues For Missing Grandfather Of Four

A mystery for Police - who are trying to determine why a missing Perth man could be in Lancelin.

A search has been launched for 68 year old Jorn Jesper Jensen, with his vehicle found in the car park of the Lancelin Beach Hotel.

Senior Sergeant Geoff Dickson says it appears his car has been there since Monday morning.

"What we do know is that there's no real reason for him to be here - we're still working with his family to determine why he would choose to come to Lancelin"

"We don't know how he got here - what we do know is that his car is parked here, and we've now got an extensive land search with every bit of resource that we can get to find him".

Mr Jensen was last seen by family on Sunday afternoon at his home in Ocean Reef - he has difficulty walking.

He's described as fair skinned, approximately 185cms tall, of large build, with greying short hair and a moustache.

Police say anyone who sees Mr Jensen, or who has any information regarding his whereabouts, is asked to call them immediately on 131 444.
