A driver has been charged after allegedly losing control of a Holden ute and crashing into a house in Warnbro.
The car careered into the front of the Glenelg Close property around 11:00 last night.
This house is unoccupied so no one was injured.
The driver allegedly fled the scene but police caught up with him at a nearby residence.
The 18 year old has been charged with exceed 0.05g alcohol per 100ml of blood and fail to report an incident in which property was damaged.
It comes just three days after a woman had a lucky escape in South Lake, when a car slammed into her home as she slept.
