There’s reports Australian cricket coach Darren Lehmann is set to resign.
London’s Telegraph has reported Lehmann will stand down in the coming day, following immense pressure for the coach to quit following the weekend’s ball tampering crisis.
It’s reported Lehmann has told Cricket Australia Chief Executive James Sutherland his decision.
The rumours come after a day of crisis meetings and conversations in South Africa, where Sutherland will soon land.
Players and coaches will travel from Cape Town to Johannesburg later today, Steve Smith, David Warner and Cameron Bancroft will learn more of their fate.
