A "revolutionary" workout program is slashing your time at the gym from an hour to just 20 minutes – and you don't even break a sweat.
Intense Health at Applecross has launched a short duration, high-intensity resistance program using ARX FIT technology, which they say has been delivering sound results to their Perth-based clients, Seven News reports.
Intense Health trainer Adam Kirk said many people have already been training for just 20 minutes, twice a week, in what's the only exercise program of its kind in Australia.
"It's the first technology that exists, that can adapt to the user," he said.
"In the gym, you have to select 200 kilograms, or 100 kilograms."
