Commonwealth Bank customers have been hit by a nation-wide outage with reports that credit card balances have vanished.
The NetBank site and app is understood to be only displaying savings account funds.
Home loan balances and travel money accounts are also unavailable, with some users also experiencing issues with BPAY.
“You may not be able to make bill payments in the CommBank app,” the bank's app says.
“Thank for being patient with us…we’re sorry about the inconvenience.”
According to an outage graph, the peak affected times of the drop-out have been between 8am and midday today - despite initial claims from the Commonwealth Bank that the issue would be resolved at lunchtime.
As of 1.30pm, the outage was still ongoing.
