Jarryd Hayne has been accused of engaging in non-consensual intercourse with a woman in a civil suit filed in the US overnight.
The suit was filed in the Santa Clara County court, following accusations of engaging in non-consensual sexual intercourse with 'Ms. V" in 2015 according to the Mercury News.
