It's A Bike Tyre That Doesn't Ever Puncture

Just take our money now...

Whether you're a bike rider or not, this is still pretty impressive.

A company in the US have invented an airless bike tyre that they claim to "...offer not only a perfect balance of cushion and resilience, but durability as well."

The tyres are made from polymeter blends, and are reportedly completely recyclable. They offer two types of tyre, one that can be mounted to an existing set of wheels (which offer a lifespan of almost 5000km's), and one that replaces the entire wheel set (offering a lifespan of 8000km's).

Just imagine... no more errant nails/pins/prickles to ruin your commute.

Now if only they made them for cars.
