Shane Warne, Michael Slater and Kevin Pietersen could face $300 fines for not wearing seatbelts while travelling in a van after day three of the Hobart Test.

In the Facebook live video, the trio were without seatbelts while sitting in the back of a van.

Herald Sun report that Tasmania Police are aware of the video but were unable to confirm if any action was being taken.

Mark Taylor and Ian Healy both had their seatbelts fastened.

The fine for not wearing a seatbelt in Tasmania is $300.
