Crows announcing new jumper numbers for 2017

Adelaide are announcing new player numbers every hour  on Wednesday. 

So far they have revealed four new numbers and two jumper changes.

Their first-round draft pick (No.15 overall) Jordan Gallucci will wear No.7, previously owned by former captain Nathan van Berlo. 

Myles Poholke, who was taken at No.44 in Friday’s draft, will wear jumper No.31, previously worn by Jarryd Lyons who was traded to Gold Coast in October.

Elliott Himmelberg, who was taken at pick No.51, assumes jumper No.34 which was last worn by the retired Sam Shaw.

Father-son rookie selection Ben Jarman has been handed jumper No.45, previously owned by Ricky Henderson who is now at Hawthorn.

Meanwhile, young Crows Jake Kelly and Harrison Wigg have both changed jumper numbers.

Kelly (47) moves into the No.8, while Wigg (35) takes over No.10.

The delisted Mitch Grigg used to wear No.8 and the retired Matthew Jaensch was the previous owner of No.10.
