Tyrone Vickery Leaves Richmond For Huge Deal
Richmond has decided not to match Hawthorn’s offer for free agent Tyrone Vickery.
The dreadlocked forward has accepted a two-year offer in the range of $1 million, meaning that Richmond’s compensation will be more than what they consider adequate.
It seems that Richmond will secure a pick either in or at the end of the second round for Vickery.
The 26-year-old — taken at pick eight in the 2008 draft — played 118 games and kicked 158 goals for the Tigers.
