Adelaide Midfielders Sign Contract Extensions
Adelaide has announced veteran Scott Thompson and youngster Harrison Wigg have signed one-year contract extensions.
Thompson, who played his 300th game this year, will enter a 17th season in the AFL.
The Crows have confirmed he will enter a mentoring role, with a view towards a coaching career.
The 32-year-old played 22 games this season, leading the club in clearances and ranking top three in tackles and disposals.
Wigg is yet to make his debut for the club after being drafted with pick 35 in the 2014 AFL draft.
His extension comes after a promising year spent in the SANFL.
