Lyric Busting with The Bunch Post by: Joss Dwyer 4 February, 2009 - 8:59 AM

C'mon, we've all got a song that we just can't work out the lyrics to. For example, do the Proclaimers sing "Da da da la da" in 500 Miles, or "Double Adapter"?

We actually think it's the former but you get our drift.

So, we're here to help... send in the song that's got you confused and we'll do our best to bust it for you.

In "I Send A Message", what does INXS sing... "I'm an animal, so inspirational".. ? please help.

    Dan the Internut says:

    It's actually the following:

"And I imagine you standing here
    It's subliminal, so inspirational
Man of the world for all the good reasons
Take away the pain and drink the wine"

    Thanks for your message Johnno.

The song 'human' by the killers i think. Are the words 'are we human or are we ...........' denser or dancer?

    Thanks.

Manfred Mann's Blinded by the light..."wrapped up like a dooshun of a rumour in the night." This was covered by spicks and specks months ago and I can't remember it but 'by crikey it annoys me every time I hear it!' When we heard what it was supposed to be it made sense, of course!

In the P!nk song 'So What', what's the line that comes right after 'I'm still a rock star"?

hey petey, the song is graceland, and the words are, as if i hadnt noticed the way she brushed her hair from her forehead, i thought it was farted too, i just assumed they were having a domestic and she was expressing her point of view of his opinions. :P

Manfred Manns "Blinded by the light". The words are "Wrapped up like a deuce, another roller in the in the night". The deuce being the car of the same name.
As for Pink's "So What" the Words go "I'm still a rock star, I got my rock moves, and i don't need you". I hope this helps
