Training Regime: I have been attending secret training sessions with Michael Barlow as he continues his rehabilitation. He's getting back into the swing of things after that nasty broken leg. He's working very hard at the moment to prepare for 2011.
Best Training Tip: Remember that hydrating before, during and after sport are all important for ensuring your best performance.
Guilty Pleasure: Watching re-runs of Fremantle’s recent Carlton Mid Derby wins! And surfing, of course!
What the world doesn't know about me: I am the most laidback member of the AFL mascots, and I take life in my stride. I am not only a very gifted footballer - I am also a gun surfer too!
