Listen online Help/FAQs
You can listen live online to Mix with our online streaming. To do this you'll need the latest version of Windows Media Player.
Once you click on the "Listen Online" icon our stream will either start playing in Windows Media Player or in your browser (depending on your computer settings).
From time to time we come across some common listening problems, so we've tried our best to troubleshoot them for you below:
Make sure your volume is turned up and your speakers are on and working (it
can happen to anyone!)
You need the latest version of Windows Media Player
installed on your PC to hear Mix. Download Windows Media Player here
If you're a Mac user you'll need to download the latest Windows Media Player for Mac. Download it here
If you are at work, you may be behind a firewall or have streaming blocked. Contact your work's IT department to see if streaming is blocked.
If all else fails, try a reboot of either your browser or PC. If you are still having problems listening to our live stream, drop us an email via our contact page with a detailed description of the problem plus your internet service provider's name and your computer operating system (ie. Windows XP etc) to and we'll get onto it.
