Walliston Primary School is celebrating its 40th Anniversary with a Gala Fete on Saturday 23 October in the school grounds on Dianella Road Walliston. There will be rides and entertainment, food and refreshments, and lots of stalls, including recycled books and toys, plants, craft items, memorabilia, and Scholastic Books with Clifford the Dog. There may even be special appearances by Darth Vader, Snow White and The Cat in the Hat. Calling for past students, teachers and P&C members to come along and attend the special presentation at 3pm. Golden Spokes Perth Charity Bike Ride

Champion Lakes Regatta CentreThe Golden Spokes Perth Charity Bike Ride is a fun day out for bike riders of all levels. There are distances ranging from 10km to 80km. You can take it easy and enjoy the view or try and beat your mates.
Proceeds from the event help the registered charity Citizen Advocacy South Metropolitan (CASM) work for, and defend the rights and interests of people with a disability in our community.
There are prizes for coming first in each category. But if that's not your thing you can also win prizes in the raffle or by getting a team together and dressing up for the day!
Entry ranges from $20-45 depending on category. Full details and registration is available at http://www.goldenspokes.com.

Perth College says
The Perth College triennial Fete is on this Sunday, 24 October between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm. We have over 100 stalls combining activities, food & drink, and of course a variety of stalls selling items such as plants, homemade Christmas crafts and childrens dress-ups. We have a number of auction items and raffles with wonderful prizes, including a $10,000 Kailis necklace. All welcome!
