Fooies And Floyd: Together At Last! Post by: Dan The Internut 29 September, 2011 - 12:23 PM

Beer and footy... Bikini's and models... Online and gaming... all perfect matches as far as we're concerned.

Well, you can chalk up another match to the list... Roger Waters and Foo Fighters, together, at last!

The music legends came together for one glorious performance of Pink Floyd's "In The Flesh?", the opening track from 1979's The Wall. The "superband" performed the track on American funny man Jimmy Fallon's late night show.

As you can see from the video above, the performance is awesome. And a reminder of how much great music can simply get lost in time. Thank God for bands like The Foo Fighters, who bring rock classics like Pink Floyd to a brand new audience.

What's next? Michael Stipe from R.E.M. melding with Kings Of Leon? Good Charlotte teaming up with Axl Rose? The possibilities are endless.
