There are practical jokes and then there's this guy. Watch as this idiot thinks it's hilariously funny to act as a speed camera and "snap" random drivers as they drive past.

We have to admit, he's done a fair job to actually look like a speed camera. So much so that it probably had a positive effect on slowing drivers down.

But the costume must have had fairly good blinkers on them... after all, how did he not see the cop?

We nominate this guy in the same kind of category as the brain dead muscle head. Looks good, but not much upstairs in the brain department :)
